NOCL depends on the generous support of individual donors, event sponsors, and funds received through special events and grants. 
NOCL is committed to using a high percentage of each dollar received to provide assistance and resources to individuals and families in Northeastern Ohio.  We are able to meet this commitment through diligent budget management and maintaining low overhead costs.

NOCL has partnered with BEST Community Resources and they are the only non-profit organization in Northeast Ohio to provide a Mobile Academic Classroom that has the capabilities to provide high-speed internet services for 200+ individuals and families that are within 300 ft of the bus at one time.
